IT Analyst
St Charles Trading is a food ingredient distributor specializing in global supply chain solutions.

We are seeking a full-time IT Analyst for our Elgin, IL location working Monday – Friday, generally 8 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation processes using Kofax RPA to improve efficiency and accuracy across various departments.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL databases, including developing and maintaining stored procedures.
- Create and modify Crystal reports to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Support and maintain our ERP systems, Sage X3 and Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI), ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance in setting up PCs for new users or reconfiguring systems for existing users who have moved desks.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred. Open to equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with Kofax RPA (6 months)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft SQL, specifically in developing stored procedures.
- Experience with Crystal Reports (3 months)
- Familiarity with Sage X3 and Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
